Terms of Service

By engaging me for a commission in any way, you are accepting the following Terms of Service:

1. To commission artwork from me, whether SFW or NSFW, you and all other involved parties must be aged 18 or older. No exceptions will be granted.

2. I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

3. The prices listed in the commission form or on the price sheet are provided as a reference only and may change based on the complexity of the work.

4. I strongly recommend to privide visual references, such as reference sheets or artwork showcasing your character.

5. Payment can be made either by requesting and paying through Artistree or by directly using my PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, an upfront payment of 50% is required. All payments are in USD. Once payment is received, I will contact you to initiate the commission.

6. The final piece is typically completed within a week, though personal circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

7. I will provide you with WIP updates as I reach new stages of the process (lineart, base colors, rendering, etc.) just in case you want to make adjustment.

8. I retain the right to cancel your commission for any reason.

9. After your piece is finished, you may share it on your social media accounts with appropriate credit.

10. I retain the right to post and use the final piece on any of my social media platforms.

You have two options to commission me: you can either send the payment directly to my PayPal account or pay via Artistree. If you choose to pay me directly via PayPal, please DM me. A 50% upfront payment is required. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out via DM on my Twitter.

Do: Original Characters, NSFW, and Fanart.
Don't: Mecha, Gore (although blood is acceptable), or Sh*ta.
